We know a lot about history, mathematics and science, but we don’t know how to properly live our own lives in such a way that only good things happen to us all the time. No one ever taught us that. And bringing good fortune into one’s life is easier than you might think.
There is a common misconception that most of what is happening to us is completely out of our control. Is it within our power to change what happens to us and be in control of our lives and our luck? Absolutely. Is it easy? No. Is it possible? Definitely.
Many of the things that happen to you are very difficult to figure out, because they are paradoxical and complex. Your every experience, whether good or bad, is a blessing. The goal is to find the meaning of that blessing — and then to multiply the good experiences and reduce the bad ones to a minimum.
Our science is good, but it is not very complete, and there are many phenomena which can’t be explained by it. Even though a growing number of scientists now argue that our universe is conscious, people are not fully ready to take consciousness seriously, because the connection between the conscious universe and everyday life is invisible.
When you want to find a solution to a problematic situation that has been created, you have to move your thinking process to a higher level — or else you will not be able to escape your narrow-mindedness and will be stuck with the problem.
Rule 1. Consciousness Does Not End at Death
In his book Biocentrism, scientist Dr. Robert Lanza says that life does not end when the body dies and it can last forever. He believes it is consciousness that creates the material universe, and not the other way around. Lanza believes that the forces and laws of the universe appear to be fine-tuned for life, implying intelligence existed prior to matter.
According to Lanza, death of consciousness does not exist. It only exists as a belief, because people identify themselves with their body. Lanza also thinks that multiple universes exist simultaneously — in one universe a human body can be dead, while in another it continues its existence and absorbs consciousness which resettled into that universe.
The sequel to 88 Rules of the New Law of Attraction goes further than the first book's foundations, into the deeper rules that explain why a sincere, consistent effort can still fail to produce results — and what shifts when it finally works.
Elias R. Gladwell continues the same practical, rule-by-rule approach: concrete shifts in thinking rather than vague wishing, for readers who've already done the basics and want to know what's still missing.
Readers who've worked through the first 88 Rules (or similar manifestation and mindset material) and are ready for the harder, less obvious rules underneath it.
